On behalf of SJCA and the neighborhood group that was active in the Conditional Use matter involving 4033 St. John’s Lane….we are pleased to announce that the Conditional Use application was DENIED! The Decision and Order will be posted on the County Council website soon – The petitioner has the right to appeal within 30 days. We will keep you posted if that happens. THANKS to all those who testified, provided financial support, offered ideas or otherwise helped in many, many ways to keep us plugging along. It shows what a community can accomplish when it works together! Thanks again!
