SJCA is calling a Special BOARD Meeting for Wednesday, 2/4 at 7 pm at the First Evangelical Lutheran Church, education building, 2nd floor. All SJCA members and residents are welcome to attend. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the recent activity regarding infill development and conditional use permits to increase the number of units per house. Currently there are 3 possible infills on St. John's Lane, 1 on Club Ct. and a conditional use request on St. John's Lane. Gary Smith from Jon Weinstein's office will be attending and possibly Jon himself. The goal of the meeting is to gain insight into the process, be clear on status of each pending or near future request, and discuss SJCA’s position and what next steps and input are possible regarding these issues, both specifically and generally.
If we have time, we also will discuss briefly recent gas leak issues and make a plan for addressing such with BGE, including possibly inviting a BGE rep to attend the next regularly scheduled Board meeting on March 4. (SJCA members and residents are invited to all Board meetings.)
I can not attend the meeting on Wednesday evening but am very interested in the information that will be shared regarding the infill lots on St. Johns Lane. Is there a way for me to get the information from this meeting?
