A Howard County construction project to install a pedestrian pathway along Northfield Road in the vicinity of Crescent Road in Ellicott City is scheduled to begin on or about today, Tuesday, July 29. The new sidewalk will create a pathway from Northfield Elementary School and Dunloggin Middle School through Dunloggin Park. The project will also provide about 10 additional parking spaces at the Northfield Elementary School entrance. Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed by early September.
The project is not expected to impact traffic flow or parking.
